We understand that emergencies can happen at any time. To ensure your pet receives high-quality care during the night, on weekends, and over bank holidays, we’ve partnered with VetsNow, the leading provider of out-of-hours veterinary care.
The VetsNow team are available whenever The Veterinary Hospital is closed, providing expert care whether it’s the middle of the night or a bank holiday. Their fully qualified staff offer free phone advice to assess whether your pet needs immediate attention at the clinic. If you’re at all concerned, don’t hesitate to call them.

Inpatient Care
At The Veterinary Hospital, we have qualified staff on-site 24/7, ensuring your pet is cared for overnight and on weekends if they are an inpatient in our hospital.
In addition, If your pet has had an overnight stay or surgery with us, you can contact our out-of-hours nurse and vet for advice and support if needed for 1 week following the procedure, providing peace of mind without the need to contact the emergency vet.
Be sure to note our current out-of-hours contact number when your pet is discharged.
